We want you to truly love your Janee Larouge order. If you need a different size, we’re happy to help!

Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn

    •    Unwashed

    •    Free of stains, odors, or damage

    •    With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back, and store credit will not be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    •    Accessories

    •    Swimwear

    •    Bodysuits

    •    Intimates

    •    Sale or discounted items

    •    Gift cards

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as store credit via digital gift card.

(Store credit never expires.)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Janee Larouge is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A photo of the issue

    •    A brief description

We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
