Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship through USPS with shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping service.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Please note: shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Availability
At this time, Janee Larouge ships within the United States only.
We’re excited to continue growing and hope to expand our shipping availability internationally in the future ✨
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Janee Larouge is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Janee Larouge is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number for assistance.
